Initiate Your Request
Log into your Woodcraft account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected from damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our specialized white-glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time, while smaller accessories can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
